So it's been awhile since I've posted about anything. What can I tell you....I was distracted with the NBA Playoffs and Finals. Huge Jason Kidd fan and wanted to really see him win a ring. GO MAVS! World Champs! But anyways, now that the NBA Finals are over, I can get back and focus on the models that I have to finish building and painting for the Heroes of Armageddon project.
I still have some WIP shots of the assault squad and dreadnought, but thought I'd share some pics I took with my new camera of the Storm Raven. Not completed, but getting there. It's such a huge model to paint. I should have just brought out the airbrush sooner, but too late now. Below you can see two images of the front cockpit area. The model is not glued together yet so don't worry I can still put the twin multi-melta in its rightful place. I've pretty much painted the way it's going to look in its final form, with the exception of a wash which will bring the highlights down just a bit to a more red look.
Your thoughts, should I keep it clean or chip the edges and dirty it up a little?

Looks good my friend, I've been thinking of buying an airbrush soon as well. Any recomendations that won't break the bank?
